After a year of using the product I’m really happy with the product. I live in Barcelona and the water is undrinkable, but with the Ecofiltro there’s no aftertaste at all. What’s more, your staff were very helpful when we needed to replace the filter. I recommend it 100%.
We loved how easy the system was to set up. The entire process was incredibly straightforward, and we're delighted with the result. The filter looks fantastic in our kitchen and works beautifully. Highly recommended!
Delivery in under 24 hours. We had a problem with the stand and they sent us a replacement very quickly too. The customer service via email was excellent. So far, we’re very happy with the product.
For us, it’s important that, as well as filtering the water, the system produces zero waste, and in this respect, Ecofiltro is the perfect solution. What’s more, the customer service and problem-solving are super-fast, effective and attentive. We’re very happy and hope to be able to use it for many years to come.
It’s the best filter I’ve ever used, and for the price – although it’s a bit of an outlay to start with – it’s well worth it; you’ll get your money’s worth over time. It’s also very attractive.
Better than expected – both the service and the product itself. I’ll never buy a plastic bottle again :-)
Excellent service. Even before the purchase. Very helpful staff. The filter looks beautiful and first experience with it is very good!
First had the small one, but give it to my Mum. Now we have the big one. The taste and quality are great. We put additional charcoal in the tank, to keep it extra fresh. Costumer service was very helpful. We recommend the water filter <3
You can tell there’s a team of people who value and look after their customers, and the eco-filter is brilliant – the water tastes great and the whole process is so natural. At home, we’re grateful to be able to get rid of plastic bottles and consume water in a more sustainable way. Thanks for everything.
