Refund policy

Conditions for Returns: Products must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were received. Products that are used, broken, or out of their packaging will not be accepted for return.

Return Period: You have a maximum of 5 days from the day you received the product to initiate a return.

Partial Returns: Yes, you can return only a part of your order as long as the returned product is in its original packaging and in perfect condition.

Refund Process: Refunds are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects or defects in the product itself. We do not accept refunds for taste preferences.

Timeline for Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 15 days from the date of return initiation. 

Damaged or Incorrect Products: If you receive a product in bad condition or the wrong item, Ecofiltro Europe will cover the return shipping costs after verifying the condition of the product through photos.

Unsatisfactory Product Returns: If the product is not what you expected and you wish to return it, please contact us at info@ecofiltroeurope.com and explain the reason. You will have a period of 5 days to send us the product, and you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
